A new Mercedes-AMG A400 M sports coupe will hit the market this fall in the United States, the company announced today.
The new MSS-based car will be available in the American market starting this fall with a base price of $45,000, the automaker announced.
The base MSS will come with a starting price of just over $55,000.
The A400 will be manufactured by Mitsuokas Mitsubishi, a division of Mitsubishis subsidiary Mitsubicasa, and is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine, with power coming from a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The car will have a range of around 60 miles on a single charge, with an expected range of 180 miles on its own.
Mitsubishi says it has made several upgrades to the A400 over the years, including the addition of new headlights, taillights, a new grille and a new roof.
It also adds a new front splitter.
The Mitsuoks A400 sports couper will be the first Mitsuo-powered Mercedes-amg car to hit the U.S. market since the A340.
That car was launched in 2007.
The A340 was sold in the U-series of the Mercedes- AMG brand and was sold as a sedan.
