Lexus has launched an initiative to introduce the new Lexus ES 250 to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to raise awareness of its brand.
The company has decided to take the initiative to educate drivers about the brand through a series of video messages and posters.
The project was launched with the launch of the “Lexus Racing Team,” which will be an all-female team of professional drivers, as well as Lexus drivers in the Indycar Series.
“We believe this is the right time to take this initiative,” said the company’s managing director, Eric Dube.
“Lexuses reputation for performance is legendary, and we know it will be a great event for fans and drivers alike.
We are thrilled that Lexus is using this unique opportunity to promote the brand.”
The team will feature drivers from the Lexus brand and a variety of IndyCar drivers.
Lexus’ new hybrid supercar, the Lexis RX, will compete in the Indianapolis 500 on April 29.
